The Metabolics Report is a guide that delves into how our bodies process energy and nutrients. Metabolism, the engine of life, involves two main processes: building up (anabolism) and breaking down (catabolism). These processes, and their balance, are crucial for our overall health and energy levels. This report offers valuable insights into how our genes influence metabolism, affecting weight loss, ageing, and overall well-being. It examines genes related to fat and sugar processing, hunger and feeling full and the effects of eating and fasting. If you're struggling with weight or aiming to age gracefully, this report could offer valuable insights.

This analysis in this report explores how variations in your genetic code affect the absorption, distribution, and excretion of essential minerals. These inorganic elements, crucial for human health, come from rocks, soil, or water and are vital for functions like bone structure, fluid balance, and muscle contraction. While necessary in appropriate amounts, excessive intake can be harmful, and heavy metals from the environment pose serious health risks. Metals and minerals interact and influence vitamin metabolism, with factors such as genetics, nutrition, age, gender, and lifestyle affecting their utilization in the body. The Metals and Minerals Report outlines how your DNA profile influences your mineral and heavy metal needs.
Genes Tested for: Arsenic, Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Mercury, Metallothioneins, Phosphorus, Selenium, Sodium and Potassium, Zinc.
This report delves into genetic variations impacting nutrient metabolism, offering insights into personalised dietary needs. It identifies genes influencing the absorption, utilisation, and metabolism of essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. By understanding these genetic predispositions, individuals can tailor their diet to optimise nutrient intake and prevent deficiencies. The report provides actionable recommendations for supplementing specific nutrients based on genetic insights, promoting overall health and well-being through targeted nutritional support.
Genes Tested for: Food Response, Caffeine, Microbiome, Vitamins, Blood Pressure, Detoxification, Metabolism, Inflammation and Circadian Rhythm.
